You have 7 calendar days to request a collection of an item you wish to return from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & shipping’s
To start the refund process you will need to get in contact with a member of staff via email. The email address to request a refund is email@example.com. Once contact has been made you will receive a refund request document this is to be filled out in full and returned via email to a member of staff.
Once complete SimplyUFHeating can raise a collection of goods and arrange for those goods have been returned to the warehouse they will be checked to make sure they are in a resalable condition.
Due to this lengthy and costly process of rewrapping, packaging and transporting goods a 15% restock is in place by completing and signing the refund request sheet you agree to the restock charge.
